A carefully selected lot produced exclusively by farmers at an altitude of 2,300m at the Konga washing station in Yirgacheffe.

This special anaerobic fermentation lot was cultivated in Yirgacheffe’s highest-altitude region, reaching an impressive 2,300m.

What sets this anaerobic fermentation apart is its exceptionally clean cup. While it retains the characteristic yogurt-like acidity of anaerobic fermentation, its crystal-clear aftertaste is a result of the extreme high-altitude cool temperatures and the well-ventilated environment.
